个人简介
殷峻，广东外语外贸大学法学院副教授，国际法学系主任，硕士生导师，教师第三党支部书记，2024年3月至8月挂职广东外语外贸大学科研部副部长，2025年6月至8月，经校管理干部国际化能力提升项目遴选，前往瑞士日内瓦大学全球卫生研究所访问学习。武汉大学法学博士，武汉大学-日内瓦大学国家公派联合培养博士生，日内瓦大学法学院优秀访问学者。主要研究领域为国际卫生法、国际争端解决、涉外法治与全球治理。兼任中国国际私法学会理事、广东省法学会医药食品法学研究会副秘书长、广州市涉外法治专家、广州市全面优化营商环境咨委会委员、广州市法学会涉外法治研究基地副主任、“一带一路”域外法查明（广州）中心理事、《卫生法学》青年编委、《医学与法学》审稿专家等。主持国家社科基金项目“重大突发公共卫生事件国际争端解决机制研究”、广东省社科项目“粤港澳大湾区公共卫生安全法治保障研究”、广州市社科项目“‘南南合作’框架下广州援外医疗卫生模式转型升级的法律保障研究”、四川医事卫生法治研究中心、中国卫生法学会联合项目“中国自主的国际卫生法学知识体系构建研究”等课题，在Public Health Reviews,《开放时代》《法学论坛》《中国公共卫生》《法学教育研究》《中国翻译》《学术研究》等期刊上发表十余篇学术论文，撰写的二十余篇决策咨询报告获得中央领导同志批示和权威内参采纳。教学教研方面，撰写全英文涉外法治人才培养系列教材《国际商事仲裁》，全英文讲授《国际商事仲裁》《英国公司法与商法》课程，多次获得优秀本科生导师称号，所指导的本科生获批省级大学生创新创业训练计划项目，所指导的本科生毕业论文多次获得优秀毕业论文称号，所指导的硕士研究生多次获得国家奖学金、一等奖学金。（截至2026年9月）

Curriculum Vitae
Yin Jun, Associate Professor at the School of Law, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS), serves as the Head of the Department of International Law, Supervisor of Master’s Students, and Secretary of the Third Party Branch of School of Law. From March 2024 to August 2024, he held a temporary position as Deputy Director of the Scientific Research Department of GDUFS. From June 2025 to August 2025, he was selected through the University’s Global Capacity Enhancement Program for Administrative Cadres and conducted a visiting study at the Global Health Institute of the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
He obtained his PhD in International Law from Wuhan University, where he was enrolled in the national joint PhD training program co-sponsored by Wuhan University and the University of Geneva. He was also named an Excellent Visiting Scholar of the Faculty of Law at the University of Geneva. His primary research focuses on international health law, international dispute resolution, foreign-related rule of law, and global governance.
He currently holds multiple concurrent positions, including Council Member of the Chinese Private International Law Society, Deputy Secretary-General of the Pharmaceutical and Food Law Research Association of the Guangdong Law Society, Foreign-related Rule of Law Expert of Guangzhou Municipality, Commissioner of Guangzhou Advisory Committee on Optimizing Doing Business Environment, Deputy Director of the Foreign-related Rule of Law Research Base of the Guangzhou Law Society, Council Member of the Belt and Road Foreign Law Identification (Guangzhou) Center, Youth Editorial Board Member of Health Law Journal, and Peer Reviewer for Medicine and Law.
He has presided over a number of research projects, including the National Social Science Fund Project “Research on the International Dispute Settlement Mechanism for Major Public Health Emergencies”, the Guangdong Provincial Social Science Project “Research on the Rule of Law Guarantee for Public Health Security in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area”, the Guangzhou Municipal Social Science Project “Research on Legal Guarantee for the Transformation and Upgrading of Guangzhou’s Foreign-aid Medical and Health Model under the South-South Cooperation Framework”, and the joint project of Sichuan Medical and Health Rule of Law Research Center and China Health Law Society “Research on the Construction of China’s Independent Knowledge System of International Health Law”, etc. He has published over ten academic papers in peer-reviewed journals including Public Health Reviews, Open Times, Legal Forum, China Public Health, Legal Education Research, Chinese Translators Journal, and Academic Research, etc. More than 20 decision-making consultation reports authored by him have received written instructions from leading comrades of the central departments of China and been adopted by authoritative internal reference publications.
In terms of teaching area, he authored a series of English-language textbooks on international legal talent cultivation titled International Commercial Arbitration, and taught courses such as “International Commercial Arbitration” and “UK Company Law and Business Law” entirely in English. He has been honored multiple times as an outstanding undergraduate mentor. Under his guidance, undergraduate students have had provincial-level projects approved under the Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program and have received multiple Outstanding Graduation Thesis awards, while his master’s students have won national scholarships and first-class scholarships.
